Energy Prime is managed by a professional team who has experiences & expert in many fields and apply proven energy efficiency technologies. ENPRIME is determined to become Thailand’s integrated consulting service leader particularly in engineering and energy fields. At present, our consulting services cover seven areas as follows:

1. Project Management Consultant (PMC)

The complete solution project management service – energy profile review, project design and management, support in financing, bidding & procurement, construction and installation control, until commissioning and project hand-over also provide consulting for investment.

2. Owner Engineer (OE)

All Discipline Engineering Service for Project Owner – energy profile review, project design and management, support in financing, bidding & procurement, construction and installation control, until commissioning and project hand-over.

3. Investor Technical Advisor (ITA)

Comprehensively review on technical integrity of the Project and the suitability of technical, financial, environmental and commercial aspects. Review the quality and progress of construction phase, successful commissioning and operation phase as well as provide useful recommendation for Investor as a Project Owner to prevent or rectify any negative impact to the project.

4. Strategy Consultant (SC)

Our EnPrime team has experienced and been knowledgeable and highly reputed in strategy consulting projects for leading Thai and International firms in Energy Industry on Business Development Strategy, Master Plan, Execution Plan, Impact & Mitigation Study in the area of Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Generation, Renewable Energy (RE) Generation, Smart Grid, Demand Response and recently the Energy 4.0 emerging topics of Smart Energy, Smart Micro grid, Smart Industrial Estate, Smart Business Park, and Smart City.

5. Contractor Engineer (CE)

All Discipline Engineering Service for Contractor – energy profile review, project design and management, support in financing, bidding & procurement, construction and installation control, until commissioning and project hand-over.

6. Lender Technical Advisor (LTA)

Comprehensively review on technical integrity of the Project and the suitability of technical, financial, environmental and commercial aspects. Review the quality and progress of construction phase, successful commissioning and operation phase as well as provide useful recommendation for Lenders/Financial Institutes to prevent or rectify any negative impact to the project.

7. Policy Consultant

Our EnPrime team has experienced and been well-capable and recognized in policy consulting projects regarding Energy Efficiency Improvement (EE) and Renewable Energy (RE) in phases of Concept Study, Master Plan, and Pilot for many Thai government organizations such as Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), Energy Policy Planning Office (EPPO) of Ministry of Energy, Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP) of Ministry of Industry, Thai ESCO Association, Thai Electricity Authorities, and also international agencies such as ADB (Asian Development Bank), GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, GmbH (German: German Society for International Cooperation, Ltd.)), GGGI (Global Green Growth Institute).
